The TDC sensor can be operated in either a lab or process environment. In the lab the sensor is simply immersed into a sample contained in a sampling tube, beaker, or jar. Process installation involves insertion into a tank or process line. Considerations include achieving good thermal coupling, appropriate flow for sample refresh, and ease of access for installation and maintenance. In some cases it is helpful to provide a sampling port for periodic off line checks. Our sensor is quite flexible with regard to the installation possibilities.
