Products - Accessories
Our products are used for measurement of viscosity and
temperature in either a laboratory or process environment.
A complete system consists of up to four pieces, 1)
the measurement sensor, 2) electronics to power and
excite the sensor then interpret and linearize the response,
3) software resident on your computer for download of
datalogs, alarm setup, graphing, tabular history, etc.,
and 4) accessories for interface to process lines, tanks,
lab sampling, temperature control, etc. A sensor
with electronics will run automatically as soon as power
is applied, so the minimum system is a sensor and a
circuit card. The client side software adds functionality
and convenience. Accessories enable easy interface to
virtually any process line configuration and convenience
in the lab for sampling and measurement.
Accessories
 In
our support section we offer several ways to install
our sensors into a process line or tank. Line installation
involves positioning the sensor inside piping or in
a manifold. We offer a convenient adaptor which mates
to the top of the sensor [1/4NPT thread] and a variety
of common piping threads, such as 1, 1.25, 1.5 inch
NPT, 30mm, 40mm, etc. For details consult the factory.
Sometimes the most convenient process installation is
into a tank from the top. Particularly if the application
will involve frequent change out and lots of handling
[e.g. paints or inks], we recommend a protective cage
with mounting stem, which we offer in a variety of lengths.
