Order Information
TDC products can be ordered by phone, fax or email. If yours
is a first time order, we suggest contacting the factory by
email or phone to discuss your application and to assure the
best fit between our product line and your needs. This dialog
can usually be handled by email in a prompt fashion. You can
also request a formal quote by phone, fax, or email attachment.
Our online
form is a useful way to initiate the process since it
highlights most of the issues that need to be addressed. We
accept Visa and Mastercard, offer net 60 terms [see below]
to existing and pre-approved customers, offer a particularly
cost effective solution to viscosity and temperature monitoring
and control, and take pride in our technical support.
Shipping and Handling
Prices are F.O.B. Massachusetts. Domestic orders east of the
Mississippi will be shipped ground and all others will be
shipped air, unless otherwise requested. If you request a
quote, we will include a fixed "shipping" cost which includes
shipping, insurance, and any special handling charges. The
quoted estimate will be the invoiced amount.
Special Orders
We will entertain modest modifications to our standard product.
Contact the factory for a discussion of desired features and,
where appropriate, a quote for their inclusion.
Warranty
All products are unconditionally guaranteed for twelve months
from delivery, parts and labor. If a return is necessary,
contact factory for a Return Authorization number.
Volume Discounts
Volume discounts based on actual annual procurement are available.

Payment Terms
Our payment terms are net 60 days after receipt of goods.
We offer a 2% discount for payment postmarked or wire transferred
within 15 days of receipt, and 1% discount for payment postmarked
or wire transferred within 30 days of receipt.
Prices
We sell almost exclusively through the web. Our simple and
reliable core technology enables very competitive price structures
while maintaining sufficient margins to enable rapid growth,
responsiveness to customer needs, and new development A quantity

OEM systems are under $3000, sometimes substantially less
